She shares information and strategies that improve productivity, increase life satisfaction and create the positive mindset needed to reach goals. Her specialty is executive functioning, which involves using the eleven essential skills needed to manage our lives effectively. Irene enjoys coaching Millennials who are embarking on their independent lives and making personal and professional decisions that will impact their future.
Irene’s clients inspired her to write her book, Design Your Happiness: 9 Essential Elements to Create the Life You Want. It contains inspirational stories, coaching principles and activities that help readers make desired changes. Her second book will offer coaching strategies that can be used to simplify and enhance your life.
Irene is a former educator and certified coach. She is active in CHADD (Children and Adults with AD/HD) and Toastmasters. She also serves on the Floral Park Lions Just 4 Women Expo Committee. Recently Irene partnered with Ruggero Fratarcangeli, a motivational speaker who was mentored by Jack Canfield. They will be conducting workshops together in 2018.
